The Pondella Residential Care logo was designed to appear comforting while incorporating elements that reflect the owner. The dove in the logo provides a symbolic representation of the Holy Spirit resting over the facility, always watching over the residents and everyone who steps foot in the front door of Pondella. The bright flame in the logo provides a symbolic representation of the owner’s name, Ilomise Alexandre. The meaning of “Ilomise” means “Bright Flame” the main goal is to allow each resident and their families to experience comfort and love through a smile that is bright as the flame from every employee.

The slogan was created in order to accompany the logo and enhance the brand. The goal to make people feel comfortable carries over from the logo to the slogan which is “Caring with Compassion: Experience the difference!” The slogan assures families that their loved ones will be taken care of by caring individuals as if it were their own home, which portrays the high level of care will be provided at Pondella Residential Care.
